Participating in IndoBuildTech 2025, TOSTEM, the leading Japanese brand of aluminum windows and doors, introduces its latest innovation in Connecting Spaces of Living. This innovation, specifically aimed to improve living experience, is realized with products focused on interiors, that is the Interior Series IN16.

“IN16 is the first TOSTEM product entirely designed by our Global Design Team in Japan. The handle, height, thickness, and positioning of all components are crafted with perfect balance,” said Hirokazu Morokuma, Asia Region Marketing Leader at LIXIL Housing Technology. The Interior Series IN16 consists of three main products, including the Hanging Door, Swing Door, and Fixed Divider which are designed to optimize spatial connection and ensure seamless visual harmony between rooms.

The launch of IN16 through the TOSTEM Pavilion is designed to emphasize seamless spaces of living. By utilizing the latest products from IN16 alongside TOSTEM’s flagship products such as GRANTS, GIESTA, KANSHO, ATIS, and AirFlow, the pavilion is built as a child and elderly-friendly space to ensure comfort and the best product experience for all visitors. IndoBuildTech 2025 responded positively to the TOSTEM Pavilion, granting it two awards: Best of the Best Residential Aluminum Windows & Doors and Best Collaborative Booth.

Yura Yunita and Donne Maulana, who visited the TOSTEM Pavilion, also expressed their enthusiasm after experiencing the IN16 product firsthand. “It’s beautiful! Thin yet sturdy. Exactly what we need—it really makes us love TOSTEM even more.” In addition, as they are currently renovating their home using TOSTEM products, they also highlighted their experience with the soundproof feature. “Very different from other brands, especially when we tried singing as loud as we could. It proved to be truly soundproof, so it’s perfect for our home music studio—soundproof yet still offering a view to keep us inspired while working,” said Yura.

Now offering both exterior and interior products, TOSTEM upholds its commitment to provide holistic solutions for contemporary lifestyles. Morokuma explained that TOSTEM continues to expand its product categories moving forward. “We want to serve the market as something more than a window brand, but also as a comprehensive housing provider. That’s why the launch of IN16 is a very important step this year. Interior Series is one step toward Connecting Spaces of Living.”

TOSTEM’s commitment to innovation continues along with the annual TOSTEM Asia Design Award. TADA 2025 introduces two new award categories: Best of the Best and NextGen, in addition to the two main categories—Building of the Year and Sustainable Living. With the submission deadline of 31 July 2025, TOSTEM invites architects to participate in TADA 2025.
